Standard shipping is free with all $75 orders or more.
Due to high demand due to our Mother’s Day sale we can no longer ensure that your order will be delivered for in time for Mother’s Day.
Your orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking ID when you order is ready for dispatch.
Note that at present we are experiencing some delays in dispatch and it may take longer than 2 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
The following delivery timeframes for STANDARD SHIPPING apply:
Sydney and Melbourne Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Rest of Australia: 3-5 working days after dispatch.
*Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Please note we rely on Australia Post to provide delivery services so we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order doesn't arrive within the given timeframe, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If a delivery is late, the Purchaser must inform the Clarisonic customer service department as soon as possible, by e-mail sent to email@example.com. Clarisonic shall then contact its authorised carrier to initiate an enquiry. Enquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems within two (2) weeks from the day of the complaint.
Upon receipt of Products ordered, the Purchaser must check that the Products are compliant. Any delivery anomalies (missing or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc) must be noted in writing by Purchasers on the delivery slip presented by the courier alongside a signature. The Purchaser must also notify the Clarisonic customer service department by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the nature of the problem.
