If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any of our products to the original point of purchase for a full 100% money-back guarantee.

Customers who purchase products from Clarisonic website may return them by mail, please email service@clarisonic.com.au for more details including the return address.

Items purchased in a Clarisonic free-standing store may be returned to any of the Clarisonic free-standing stores. Clarisonic products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. 

Please note that Clarisonic does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  • Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
  • Packages missing hardware components.
  • Products returned without a valid sales receipt or invoice.

Note: It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. Clarisonic does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without a tracking number. Clarisonic recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Clarisonic or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
