Defective product is extremely rare. We do, however, examine returned products to help us identify product and/or process improvements.

Cleansing and infusion devices come with a warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use of the product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Following are the warranty terms and conditions for for the 90 day "Feel and See" Money back Guarantee:

1. The Money Back Guarantee is subject to these terms and conditions. 

2. Clarisonic Australia is pleased to provide its customers with a 90 day “Feel and See” Money Back Guarantee Offer for all of its Products, even if it says 30 days on the Product box and/or in your Product user guide. 

3. This offer applies to Products purchased in Australia, where the Product was manufactured by or for Clarisonic and sold by an authorised distributor. Limited to one (1) redemption of the 90 day “Feel and See” Money Back Guarantee per customer per Product. You may be asked the reason for redeeming the Money Back Guarantee. 

4. Definitions. “Normal Use” means ordinary consumer use under normal home conditions and used in accordance with the instruction manual included with the Product. It does not include using the Product with a voltage converter, use on current or voltage other than as advised on the charger, negligent use, misuse, or a modification or unauthorised repair of the Product. “Product” means Clarisonic devices Mia, Mia 2, Pro and Plus. “Guarantee Period” means 90 days from the date of Product purchase.

A. You will be required to provide the authorised stockist from which you purchased the Product with an original proof of purchase from that authorised stockist. In the case of Product purchased from our authorised online stockists (excluding our official site www.clarisonic.com.au), the Product must be submitted to and received by the authorised online stockist within the Guarantee Period. 

B. Any redemption will not be valid if is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, or where the Product is subjected to use that does not constitute Normal Use. 

C. If you qualify, the authorised stockist will provide you with the money back using the same means for which you paid for the Product at the time of purchase. You may be asked to provide your contact details.
